According to the relevant provisions stipulated in《counsel fees management approach》,《the Shanghai lawyer fees Implementing Procedures》,《Shanghai lawyer fees government guidance standards》, Shanghai Great Law Firm legal services fees are as follows:
I. Legal counseling Fee
The scale of Enterprises | Standard for Fees | Effective working hours and free agents |
Small enterprises | 24—48 Thousand Yuan per year | 2.5—5 hours per month; free agent for one or two litigation or arbitration within the object of 150 Thousand . |
Medium-sized enterprises | 50—100Thousand Yuan per year | 5—10 hours per month; free agent for two litigations or arbitrations within the object of 150 Thousand and one or two ones within the object of 300 Thousand |
Large enterprises | Above 100 Thousand Yuan per year | 10 hours above；fee agent for two litigations or arbitrations within the object of 300 Thousand and one within the object of 1 million |
II. Flat Fee

III．Fee charged by the amount of the object
Cases with property involved in civil and administrative cases, the standard for fees are as follows:

100 thousand Yuan or less（including 100 thousand Yuan） | Charged by 10% -15% (less than 5,000 Yuan, charged by 5,000 Yuan） |
More than 100 thousand Yuan to 1 million Yuan(including 1 million Yuan) | Charged by 8% -10% |
More than 1 million Yuan to 10 million Yuan (including 10 million Yuan) | Charged by 5% -8% |
More than 10 million Yuan to 100 million Yuan (including 100 million Yuan) | Charged by 3% -5% |
More than 100 million Yuan | Charged by 1% -3% |
IV. Hourly Fees for Legal service
For the criminal, civil, administrative cases, state compensation cases, and various types of litigation complaint, the standard of hourly fees is 800-5000 Yuan per hour.
V. Specification
The fees can be charged no more than 5 times of the standard fees above for the grand, difficult or complicated cases.
